Image and dating expert Kimberly Seltzer has worked with many clients, both men and women, who have had trouble getting back out there. Most people who’ve just gotten out of a long relationship haven’t dated much and therefore don’t have a lot of experience in the dating world.

  2. Get a good set of single friends
